Payment options:
We accept PayPal payments, and payments by Visa and Mastercard. Sorry, we no longer accept checks by mail, but you can pay by check through PayPal.

About Shipping: Please make sure that you give me your correct shipping address! If a package is returned to me because you entered an old or incorrect address, you will have to pay for shipping again to the correct address.
US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and I usually ship within a day or two. You will receive an email from me once your order is on it's way.
Shipping/Handling:
$0-$60.00= $5.05
$60.01-$100.00= $7.75
$100.01 and up= $10.35
These are based on the USPS Priority Mail rates. Per USPS, these packages generally arrive in two to three days.Very rarely, an order might be extremely heavy and expensive to ship. In that case, I will send a PayPal request to cover additional postal charges.
International Orders:
I ship international orders once or twice a week, so please be patient! For orders outside the U.S., I need to take them to the Post Office myself...domestic orders ship more often since they are picked up by the Post Office.
Residents of Canada: I ship by USPS Priority International. The small flat rate box holds most orders and ships for $11.45. Please note that 12x12 papers may be folded for international orders. If you don't want your paper folded, let me know. The order may require additional shipping for a larger box. Rarely, in the case of a large, heavy order, I may contact you with a request for additional shipping costs.

FAQ
Q: I have a jewelry business and would like to order large quantities of charms. Can you give me a discount?
A: Many of my customers make jewelry to sell and if I offered a discount to all of them, I would lose money, so unfortunately I can't do it.
Q: I ordered something and decided I don't need/want it. Can I return it?
A: Yes, you can send it to me and I will issue a refund for the item(s), but not the shipping costs. PLEASE EMAIL ME FIRST. Returns will only be accepted for 2 weeks after your order was received. I can't accept returns on things I cut to length for you - ribbon, printed twill, chain, etc.. All items must be returned unused. The item(s) must be in re-salable condition, i.e. not smelling like smoke or pets, covered in cat hair, etc.. All returned merchandise must be in original packaging and must have the original receipt with it! There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned orders.
Q: Can you send me just pink (or other color) skull & cross bone gumball charms?
A: Sorry, I can only get the gumball charms in assortments rather than by color, so that's how I sell them.
Q: Where do you get your charms or other merchandise?
A: My policy, like that of most retailers, is that I don't divulge where I buy my merchandise. I spend a lot of time searching for the perfect items for the site at trade shows, on road trips, etc., and I think it's fair that I keep that information to myself.
Q: What kind of artwork do you do?
A: I love to make jewelry. I also work in assemblage, papier mache, and make artdolls. I've recently acquired a kiln, and can't wait to slump glass and play with ceramics.
Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: Nope, Sacred Kitsch Studio is strictly retail.
Q: Do you accept checks or money orders?
A: You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, or Paypal online. PayPal accepts checks, but your order will be delayed for a few days until your check clears.
